Integrated Master Schedule
What it actually means
The networked, resource-loaded schedule of all program work, logically linked so the critical path is computable and slips propagate honestly. "Integrated" is the operative word: subcontractor work, government furnished items, and test assets all in one model. A schedule with thousands of unlinked tasks is a list, not an IMS.
