Integrated Master Plan
What it actually means
The event-driven skeleton of a program: significant events (like design reviews), the accomplishments each event requires, and the criteria proving each accomplishment is done. Unlike the schedule, it carries no dates — it defines what "done" means. The integrated master schedule then puts the plan on a calendar.
