Material Review Board
What it actually means
The board that dispositions nonconforming material: use as is, rework, repair, or scrap — with engineering, quality, and (where delegated) customer representation. MRB authority is a big deal in supplier agreements because "use as is" quietly changes what the customer receives against the drawing.
